Richard (Craig Horner) lives in the Westland, the only land in the world without magic. The world separated from the Westland is the Middle-earth ruled by kings and magic. The two worlds are separated by a magic boundary that no one can cross. Richard was troubled by his father's death and hoped to find the real murderer by his own strength. One day, Richard met a mysterious woman named Cailan (Bridget Regan), but he didn't expect their meeting to completely rewrite the fate of the two. Under Cailan's leadership, Richard crossed the border and came to Middle-earth, looking for the first wizard who lived in seclusion. Unexpectedly, the mysterious old man was lurking beside him. The first wizard told Richard that Daken (Craig Parker), the ruler of the evil Hadara Kingdom, was preparing to invade Middle-earth, and Richard was the only hope left.
