Description:In the first part, Xiao Ma Ge (played by Chow Yun-fat) died under heavy gunfire, Song Zihao (played by Ti Lung) and his younger brother Song Zijie (played by Leslie Cheung) cleared up their past grudges, and the heroic story continued. The police suspected that Song Zihao's mentor Long Si (played by Shi Tian) used the shipyard as a cover to secretly manipulate the counterfeit banknote group, and sent Song Zijie to approach Long Si's daughter Xiaohui as an undercover. For the safety of his brother, Song Zihao had to be released on parole to assist the police in the investigation. In fact, Long Si was unaware of the criminal behavior of his subordinates. He was framed by his confidant Gao Yingpei and had to flee to New York. The murder of his daughter made him insane. With the help and protection of Xiao Ma Ge's younger brother Ah Jian (played by Chow Yun-fat), he gradually regained his sanity. Out of morality, Ah Jian gave up the restaurant he had run for many years and returned to Hong Kong with Long Si. In Hong Kong, the Song brothers finally survived the difficult times.

After reuniting with Ajian and Long Si, the four of them planned a fierce revenge operation, but also paid the price of blood and even their lives.
