Niu Xiaobo (Bao Beier) was born in a family of coffin makers, and several generations have made a living by making coffins. Because of a bizarre accident when he was a child, Xiaobo lost his "smile" forever. No matter how happy he was, he couldn't laugh. He was called a weirdo by people. Fortunately, he had been living in his rural hometown in the past few years, and he himself didn't think it was a big deal that he couldn't laugh. Xiaobo, who had grown up, decided to walk out of the mountains and go out into the world. However, although the outside world was wonderful, he was helpless.
