As time goes by, the ruthless Seiya Ichijo (Iseya Yusuke) becomes the manipulator of the Teiaikai. At the same time, Kaiji Ito (Fujiwara Tatsuya), who has temporarily escaped from the underground facility, tries to earn 200 million yen in 14 days to rescue his companions there.
