The literature club of Izumi High School is home to a group of young men and women with different personalities. Among them, Ando Julai (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto), a sophomore in high school, is a typical middle school student with a second-year syndrome. He dreams of having super powers to save the world every day. Who would have thought that his unrealistic wish would actually come true? In the days without any signs, Ando mastered the ability of "black flame".
