The old plum blossom oil company is considered by employees to be unprofitable, unmotivated, unpromising, and unsexy. The working life from Monday to Saturday is boring. The employees are all empty and lazy, with no discipline, and being late for work is commonplace. Mr. Zhou (played by Zhan Ruiwen) is the manager of this company. He likes to tease female employees and deduct their wages. The company also has several employees, including the sex-starved accountant Xiaoxia (played by Yang Shimin), the wretched administrative administrator Atai (played by Tang Zhijian), the innocent and sexy secretary Rachel (played by Lui Huiyi), and the old and ugly cleaner Auntie. Several people live the life of wage earners, with sexual fantasies all day long and nothing to do. However, one day, Manager Zhou received a call from the big boss, saying that the company was acquired by China Adult Healthcare Group, and the company's personnel and market faced a new deployment. The few people who felt the crisis decided to unite and fight against the new company. When a group of people come to a new company, the president of the new company, Pink (played by Zhao Tong), announces on the first day of employment that they will be assigned to the aphrodisiac aromatherapy oil department, and their salary will increase by 50%, but some of them will face layoffs. Faced with this fierce competition, several people have to work hard to join the training of the new company... This film is adapted from the stage play "Trendy Office".
