The story is told in the first person of the protagonist. "I" (voiced by Shintaro Asanuma) is a third-year student at Kyoto University. He originally expected to have a rosy and colorful university life, hoping that he could make a beautiful girlfriend with long flowing black hair. However, things did not go as planned. The protagonist experienced a failed love affair and had very few friends around him. The protagonist's only friend, Ozu (voiced by Hiroyuki Yoshino), looks like a monster and enjoys teasing couples. The protagonist often spit on Ozu, but can't leave him. Then the protagonist met his junior sister Akashi (voiced by Maaya Sakamoto), who is a cold-hearted black-haired girl. It was because he chose the tennis club that he failed so much in the two years of college, so "I" imagined that if he chose another club when he enrolled, would he experience a completely different college life? From the perspective of parallel time and space, this work revolves around the protagonist's choice of clubs from the freshman year again, choosing a variety of different clubs and developing a different youth story.
