The helpless young man Shiratori Ryuhiko (Ayano Go) clashed with several gangsters in Shinjuku, where there were many people. At the critical moment, he was rescued by a man named Zhenhu (Iseya Yusuke) and accepted his invitation to become a scout. Zhenhu belongs to the Burst collector company, which is backed by the gangster organization Monmaokai. However, Burst is increasingly unable to satisfy the greedy appetite of the gangsters and is in danger of being kicked out at any time. The "boudoir" that forms the biggest competitive relationship with it is eyeing it covetously and trying to snatch Burst's territory at all times. Its leader Minami Hideyoshi (Yamada Takayuki) seems to hate Shiratori in particular.
