Lucas (Mads Mikkelsen), who just divorced his wife, is currently working in a nursery. He is kind-hearted and gentle, and he soon enjoys the love of colleagues and children. Among them, a precocious girl named Carla (Annika Wedderkopp) is particularly close to Lucas.
