It starts with the special school Qiongguang School wanting to improve the employment opportunities of graduates by organizing a musical. The school's music teacher Xu Baowen (played by Gu Zulin) faces this plan, and the pressure deepens as the performance date approaches. The musical also recruits students from the prestigious Cuiying Secondary School to help, but in the end only Qian Siying (played by Yu Xiangning), whose grades are not up to par in the class, continues to volunteer, but has to face pressure from her family and school. At the same time, Mr. Kong (played by Au Kam Tong), who is in the middle of the class, brings in new immigrant Chen Li and Wu Jiahao (played by Cen Jiaqi) who has "cleaned his past" by volunteering to help.
