Introduction

Wu Shun (played by Tony Leung) and To Shui Long (played by Eric Tsang) were originally a pair of good brothers who grew up in the housing estate. However, thirty years ago, To Shui Long, who was in charge of the charity funds raised by the neighbors, embezzled on the night of the fundraising and has not been heard from since. Time flies. Thirty years later, when Wu Shun, whose business went bankrupt, returned to the housing estate with his family, To Shui Long unexpectedly appeared. The two recalled the past together, feeling full of emotion, and Wu Shun's grudges were gradually eliminated. Wu Shun regarded A Long's bizarre experiences over the years as just a joke. Su Zhen (played by Anita Yuen), who was a childhood sweetheart of Wu Shun, also returned to the housing estate. The old lovers met naked alone late at night, and were caught by Shun Sao (played by Sandra Ng), which caused misunderstandings. However, the two soon made peace and the family reconciled. To Shui Long launched the "Housing Estate Revitalization Plan", which allowed the neighbors in the housing estate to see the hope of survival in the cracks between large supermarkets and shopping malls. However, just when the neighbors were confidently participating in the revitalization plan, A-Long disappeared again, and the Understanding Group appeared and wanted to drive away the neighbors. What exactly has A-Long experienced in these years, can the neighbors of the housing estate survive the difficulties, will A-Long appear again, all the answers to these questions will be presented one by one at the end of this film. This film invited a total of 100 Hong Kong stars to join, which can be regarded as another "assembly call" of Hong Kong stars after "72 Tenants" in 2010.
