Adapted from the Chinese classic "Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio". During the Qin and Han Dynasties, the captain Wang Sheng (played by Chen Kun) led the Wang family army to fight hard in the Western Regions and rescued a woman named Xiao Wei (played by Zhou Xun).
