On a noisy night in New Orleans, the United States, the FBI is hunting down the internationally renowned terrorist Miles Jackson (Aidan Gillen). That night, the cunning Miles is making a deal with another group of criminals. He uses a trick to kill his opponent and also fools the FBI. Local policeman Danny Fisher (John Cena) is ordered to participate in the operation. He and his partner encounter the car driven by Miles and his girlfriend.
