The group of police officers that Chan Kwok Wing (Jackie Chan) is in is the elite of the police force and has solved countless cases. Ah Cho (Daniel Wu) is the son of the chief police officer, but he has colluded with several high-ranking officials' children (Chiang Yi, Yin Ziwei, Andy On, and Ye Shanhao) to challenge the police. They went to a bank to rob, and when the alarm sounded and the police arrived, they took Ah Cho and his team members into an empty warehouse that had been designed in advance. The police officers were trapped in the game program that the gangsters had designed in advance and were brutally killed. Even the younger brother of Ah Cho's girlfriend Ho Yee (Charlie Yeung) was not spared. Ah Cho was suspended from his post and broke up with Ho Yee out of guilt. Ah Cho, who was drunk all day, met Ah Fung (Nicholas Tse) in a bar.
