When love faces life, when life faces war. When all the beauty is the most fragile and vulnerable, the only thing we can do is to struggle for the last bit of hope. And that little bit of beauty is worth everything. "Birdsong" tells the story of the protagonist Stephen Wesford's tortuous love with a French woman, Isabella, before the war, and his military experience in World War I six years later. The love that once was filled with crisp bird songs, but the beauty also left an indelible pain in Stephen's heart. After experiencing the baptism of war and recognizing the beauty of life and the cruelty of reality, hope and motivation were regained, and at this time, the war finally ended. Adapted from the novel of the same name by Sebastian Fuchs, it tells the joys and sorrows of a pair of young lovers during the First World War, with both bloody scenes of war and poignant love. Eddie Redmayne and Clemence Posey (Fleur in "Harry Potter") play the heroes and heroines, Mark Eddie, "Young Wolf Lord" in "Ice and Fire", and "Uncle Bunyan" Joseph Mavey to help out. The BBC screen reproduced the novelist Sebastian Fox's "Birdsing".
