One day, during lunch break, Natsumi (Takeuchi Yuko), a coffee shop clerk, suddenly met a strange man who asked her to pretend to be his fiancée and go back with him to visit his seriously ill father. In exchange, the man promised to treat Natsumi to the best omelette rice in Japan. It turned out that the man's name was Kenichiro (Tsutsumi Shinichi), and his family ran a Western restaurant. He had three younger brothers: Yujiro (Eguchi Yosuke), Junzaburo (Tsumabuki Satoshi), and Koshiro (Yamashita Tomohisa). A few years ago, Kenichiro took the family's savings and went out to make a living. Now he came back empty-handed to apologize.
