In the summer, Tofu Daiichi High School is going to hold a chorus festival. During the after-school chorus practice, Kusakabe Hikaru (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya) of Class A, a second-year high school student, discovered that his top student Sajo Toshito (voiced by Kenji Nojima) did not start singing. Kusakabe thought that such an excellent student would disdain chorus activities, but after school that day, he found Sajo practicing alone in the classroom. For some reason, Kusakabe, who is good at music, took the initiative to offer to help Sajo practice singing. After spending many days together, Kusakabe gradually became attracted to the serious Sajo, but he was always distressed that the other party was studying so hard for others. On the day of the chorus festival, Kusakabe suddenly couldn't control his emotions and ran out in the middle of the official performance. Seeing this, Sajo nervously caught up. In the empty campus, the two finally confirmed their feelings to each other. Summer is coming to an end, and the poem of their youth has just begun.
