At the Farouk Air Show, a state-of-the-art Mirage 2000 fighter disappeared for no reason during a flight show. Anthony (Benoît Magimel) and Captain Sebastian (Colovis Cornillac) were ordered to track the whereabouts of the plane and finally found it. Unexpectedly, the Mirage 2000 attacked the two. In desperation, Anthony shot it down in order to protect himself. Afterwards, Anthony and Sebastian were dismissed for disobeying military orders. The French military found the two and recommended them to participate in a secret fighter competition. Their opponent was the United States. The winner of the competition could get a large amount of arms orders, and Anthony and Sebastian could also be reinstated. In this way, the two accepted the mission, but they didn't know that what was waiting for them was the cold muzzle of the terrorists.
