Stripper Cherie (Rose McGowan) was crying while dancing on a pole. She was tired of and wanted to escape from such a life. Everything was rotten. On the other hand, an accident occurred in the process of developing a drug at a nearby military base. Virus gas spread out, and the people around turned into zombies. Cherie's slender and hot right leg, which she relied on for survival, was also torn off by the zombies. Fortunately, she still had her boyfriend Ray (Freddie Rodriguez) by her side. The hospital was bloodbathed, and the police were unable to stop the attack of the zombies. Ray and other survivors gathered in the store, formed an armed force, and launched a bloody battle against the zombies. Ray even gave Cherie a prosthesis, which was actually a super weapon that could be used as a machine gun or a mortar. So, Cherie became a super female fighter who hunted zombies.
