Description:The film is adapted from real historical events. The story takes place after the end of World War II, when Germany was defeated and a large number of captured German soldiers became prisoners. During the war, the German army buried more than 1.5 million mines on the west coast of Denmark, and some of the captured young German soldiers were forced to become live mine detectors. Under the leadership of Danish officer Carl (Roland Møller), the captives, who were still just children, began mine clearance operations. They used their hands, feet, and even their lives to purify the long coastline step by step.
