Sang Wan (Cha Tae-hyun), a down-and-out young man who has no desire to live, has attempted suicide many times. After being rescued and waking up from the most recent rescue, he found that he could actually see ghosts. "Uncle Smoker" (Gao Chang-seok), "Crybaby Aunt" (Jang Young-nam), "Perverted Grandpa" and "Little Foodie Ghost" all came to rely on Sang Wan uninvited and stuck to him. Sang Wan couldn't die and had no choice but to live in humiliation. He was often looked down upon by others because of communicating with ghosts, and his troubles were even worse than before. In order to get rid of the four difficult ghosts, Sang Wan set out to help them fulfill their unfulfilled wishes in the world. In the process of running for the ghosts, he gradually got close to the kind nurse Yeon-soo (Kang Ye-won), and his life took a new turn. Just when Sang Wan was glad that he could finally get rid of the haunting ghosts, the forgotten scenes of the past suddenly surfaced. It turned out that those ghosts had been with him every moment of his life and had never left...
