Jack (Henry Thomas) drives drunk at night and chats on his cell phone, but he never thought that when he crosses the overpass, a body falls from the sky. Convenience store clerk Duffy (Shawn Hatosy) borrows money from his colleague Buzzy (Hillary Swank) because his girlfriend Shirley (Rachel Leigh Cook) is pregnant and wants to have an abortion, and pretends to be robbed in the convenience store. Before that, a group of teenagers bought expired donuts from the convenience store, raced at night and threw donuts at others for fun. Shirley, who had planned to break up with Duffy, ignored the dissuasion of her father Frank (Patrick Swayze) and went out without permission to have sex with her new boyfriend Allen (Blake Heron). All the loose events were intertwined at 11:14, and they were mutually causal, making the ending unexpected and incredible.
