BBC One has announced that it has booked an 8-episode crime drama "The Dublin Murders" based on a novel by Tana French. The series is based on "In The Woods" and "The Likeness". The series is filmed in Belfast and Dublin (Northern Ireland and Ireland). The protagonists are detectives Rob Ryan and Cassie Maddox (played by Killian Scott and Sarah Greene) of the Dublin Police. "In The Woods" investigates the murder of a 12-year-old girl, and "The Likeness" tells the story of a female detective who goes undercover in an elite university community to investigate a murder.
