The story takes place in the distant future. Japan's finances are in a huge crisis. Just when the country is about to collapse, a financial institution called "Sovereign Wealth Fund" appears and successfully saves the crumbling Japan. Although the economic crisis has been alleviated, the city has fallen into chaos due to the long-term lack of management, and the unemployment rate, suicide rate and crime rate have risen rapidly. The mother of Yoga Kimimaro (voiced by Koki Uchiyama) died early and his father is missing. He grew up under the care of his aunt and studied in the Department of Economics. The lack of family warmth makes Kimimaro very eager to have a stable home. One day, he met a mysterious man, Masakaki (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai) in the bank. The man used Kimimaro's future as collateral and lent Kimimaro a lot of money. Kimimaro entered the different space "Financial Street", where there are many people who have lost their future like him, relying on fighting to realize their dreams.
