At the same time, a special force "GODEATER" was organized. Since then, humans have finally gained the power to fight against Aragami. Thus, the war between Aragami, who pursues the ultimate in intellect, and humans, who pursue the continuation of species, begins. At the end of destruction, will gods become humans first, or will humans become gods first? The competition begins. GODEATER's mission is to repel the Aragami approaching the underground living area and bring back the Aragami's core and materials. Against this background, the player will play the role of a God Machine user and begin every day of brushing against death.
