The homemade rice ball of single office worker Yutaka Hozumi (Inukai Takashi) is picked up by a 4-year-old boy Tane (Maeda Kuga) who meets him by chance in the park. Tane's brother Jyou (Iijima Hiroki) asks Yutaka to come to his house to teach him how to make it, which becomes an opportunity for the two to interact. Jyou suggests that Yutaka come to his house often to eat to improve his psychological barrier of not being able to eat with others; Yutaka praises Jyou's patience and care for his younger brother, and the two fall in love with each other over time. Jyou can't help but kiss Yutaka, and is worried about destroying their original friendly relationship, but Yutaka realizes that he cherishes Jyou's family... In the end, Yutaka joins Jyou's family.
