Bob Messer is a customs officer who often works undercover to catch drug traffickers. Although he is eligible to retire with full benefits, he is willing to take risks to solve the money laundering case of the criminal group. He and his colleague Emil Abreu changed their names and disguised themselves as wealthy businessmen who could provide money laundering services. Through the introduction of informants, they met some business people who needed the service. After a series of matchmaking, he met Roberto Elcano, one of the partners of the criminal group, and successfully gained his trust.
