A robotics company joins forces with a corrupt CIA agent in an attempt to position themselves to win a lucrative military contract. They illegally airdrop 4 robot prototypes into the infamous Golden Triangle between Laos, Cambodia and Thailand to conduct a live field test on unsuspecting drug lords that the world will never miss. One of the robots is damaged in the airdrop and the robotics team loses control of it as it becomes self-aware and becomes an unstoppable killing machine.
