Minibus driver Qi Yat-sing (played by Wayne Lai) lives with his 50-year-old mother and six-year-old son Qi Wang (played by Cheng Yaoxuan). Wang was born with food allergies, and Yat-sing has been strictly controlling Wang's diet. One day, Yat-sing took Wang to the supermarket to shop. A kind aunt mistakenly gave Wang sensitive food to Wang, and Wang was sent to the hospital with a disease. A few months later, the two met again. Yat-sing learned that she was the daughter of Yaogang Building Materials Development Group, Rao Yixin (played by So Yuk-wah), who was now the CEO of Yaogang. Yixin was ready to go to New Zealand with her boyfriend to live a carefree life, but Rao's father was seriously ill, and Yixin took on this important task, which caused an uproar in the Rao family.
