Adapted from Jane Austen's novel of the same name. Elizabeth Bennet (Keira Knightley) was born into a small landowner family with four sisters. Her mother, Mrs. Bennet, was always worried about finding a suitable husband for her daughters. The new neighbor, Mr. Bingley, and his friend Darcy (Matthew MacFadyen) broke the monotonous rural life of their family. Bingley and Elizabeth's sister Jane Bennet fell in love with each other; Darcy had a good impression of the kind and smart Elizabeth, but Elizabeth was prejudiced against Darcy's arrogant and did not accept his feelings. However, things are unpredictable. Bingley and Jane Bennet's relationship was in danger due to misunderstandings; Darcy's various actions showed the same kind side of his character as Elizabeth, and gradually won Elizabeth's favor.
