The 21st agency of the Chicago Police Department is divided into two parts: an action team that directly deals with crimes and an intelligence team that investigates criminal gangs in the city. Hank (Jason Beghe) is the head of the intelligence team. He hates evil and regards fighting crime as his unshirkable first priority. Under his wise and decisive decision-making, many vicious criminals were arrested one by one. Antonio (Jon Seda Jon Seda) is a key general under Hank.
