Starring Joanna Lumley and Danielle MacDonald (Unbelievable), and directed by Ben Levine (Intimate Therapy), the film tells the story of a fund manager played by MacDonald who leaves her unsatisfying job and long-time boyfriend to pursue her lifelong dream: singing opera. The former opera diva played by Lumley becomes her dreaded singing teacher. The film will include music from operas such as The Barber of Seville, The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, Romeo and Juliet, and The Lady of the Camellias. The film is an Australian-British co-production, which has been completed and is in post-production. It will be sold at the online market of this year's Cannes Film Festival.
