In the near future, highway riders are wreaking havoc on the roads, leaving traces of crazy destruction wherever they go. In order to chase the "Dark Knight" who stole the police car, the police paid a heavy price. Fortunately, Max (Mel Gibson), who is crazier than the Knight, appeared and forced the Dark Knight to die in a car accident. The Dark Knight's accomplices vowed revenge. They came to the town to take back the body of the Dark Knight and abused the weak. Max and his partner Gus (Steve Bisley) caught the murderer, but because no one dared to identify him, they had to tolerate them to continue to be at large.
