In a village in the UK, vampires and ghouls are rampant and scourge the world. The Royal Anglican Knights (Hellsing), which aims to eliminate the anti-Christian monster, sent out the powerful and terrifying vampire killer Alcatel. Alcatel defeated the evil creature and indirectly turned the unlucky female police officer Silos Victoria into a vampire, and then became a member of Hellsing. Shortly thereafter, the Hellsing headquarters was invaded almost devastatingly. As various bizarre events emerged one after another, an evil organization called "Millennium" slowly surfaced. They were all composed of defeated Nazi officers. In order to avenge the shame of World War II, this group of war maniacs did not hesitate to create a vampire army. The battle between good and evil that mixed multiple forces kicked off... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Kouta Hirano. It is the TV version of the work, and was later made into OV and re-released.
