The elderly Baolu (Liu Jiang) has four children, but they are scattered all over the world and rarely get together. Baolu died unexpectedly, leaving a strange will, requiring the four children to live together in the old building unit for nine months before they can sell it. In this way, the eldest brother Baohuan (Ouyang Zhenhua), the second sister Baoyan (Teng Liming), the third brother Baoyu (Zhang Yingkang) and the fourth brother Baoyi (Zhang Yanbo) returned to their long-lost hometown and lived under the same roof again.
