The story follows the end of last season, when Albuquerque lawyer Jimmy McGill was betrayed by his brother Chuck, so he returned to his hometown of Cicero, Illinois, to plan a series of fraud schemes with his childhood best friend Marco (Mel Rodriguez). They succeeded, but Marco suffered a heart attack when they did their last dirty work. After Marco's death, Jimmy returned to New Mexico, and his life seemed to have a new meaning. He rejected a job offer from a large law firm in Santa Fe and took a big step towards the criminal defense lawyer "Saul Goodman". His "innocent and upright" days were gone. His transformation... has begun. But the producer repeatedly emphasized that you will not see a complete Saul Goodman this season, "Jimmy McGill is the soul of the show", "We want to describe his story", "We will not say goodbye to him so soon". Jimmy has a lot to do this season, including repairing his relationship with his brother Chuck (Michael McKean). Chuck never believed that Jimmy was a legitimate lawyer and stopped his HamlinHamlin & McGill law firm from hiring Jimmy to help investigate a big case. Chuck is a man of honor and loves his brother, but he won't let him ruin his career and life - even if he has to admit that his approach is a bit too much for Jimmy. The audience will learn more about the personal life of Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks). When Philadelphia detectives came to him to question him about a double murder, he was forced to hire Jimmy as his legal counsel. The murder was real. Mike killed two police officers in Philadelphia in revenge, but he was not malicious. Mike will undergo some significant changes, but those changes originated from small things. Both Jimmy and Mike are developing towards the iconic characters in "Breaking Bad", and there are many "easter eggs" during this period. There will also be many flashforwards this season, and the audience will see "Saul's life after "Breaking Bad"" (to be precise, Gene of Cinnabon), as well as "the youngest Jimmy so far." Some characters that viewers met in the first season of Breaking Bad (but never saw again) will appear this season. Of course, there are also some familiar people. In addition, Jimmy is a natural "problem solver" who will help many new characters get out of trouble. He will also meet a big man, Clifford (six-time Emmy Award nominee Ed Begley Jr.), who has the power to make Jimmy's dreams come true... as long as Jimmy can afford his price. Clifford seems kind and kind on the surface, making people happy to be around him. But once anyone crosses his interests, they will suffer a catastrophe. In addition to continuing to have a tense relationship with Chuck, Jimmy's conflict with Kim is also escalating (but Jimmy's personal relationship with Kim is also becoming more entangled). You should also pay special attention to Jimmy's relationship with Davis and Main, and Jimmy's relationship with Mike. Reprinted from Tianya Xiaozhu
