After the city has returned to peace, the villain has regrouped his old troops and made a comeback, colluding with the alien evil force Lang to try to dominate the earth. Ninja Turtles Leonardo (Pete Ploszek), Raphael (Alan Ritchson), Donatello (Jeremy Howard) and Michelangelo (Noel Fisher) fight side by side with female reporters April O'Neill (Megan Fox), Wayne Fenwick (Will Arnett), and masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell) to fight against the villains. After Shredder (Brian Tee) escapes detention, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and his two clumsy right-hand men, Pig Face and Bull Head, to launch a demonic plan to control the world. While the Ninja Turtles are fighting against Shredder and his gang, they find themselves facing an even more evil powerful villain named Grunt.
