The Decepticons, intent on conquering everything, are on the move. Cybertron is about to fall, and B-127 (voiced by Dylan O'Brien) is ordered to go to Earth. In California in 1987, B-127 is not only hunted by Agent Burns (John Cena), but is also severely injured by the Lightning (David Sobolov), with his language and memory modules severely damaged. B-127 transforms into a Volkswagen Beetle and is discovered and driven home by Charlie Watson (Hailee Steinfeld), who has lost her father (Tim Martin Gleason). Charlie names B-127 Bumblebee, and the two become close friends. However, the good times don't last long. Reflect (voiced by Justin Theroux) and Smash (voiced by Angela Bassett) chase to Earth, use the US military's satellite network to track Bumblebee, and attempt to summon the Decepticon army here. In order to stop Reflect and Smash, Bumblebee and his new friends embark on a journey to defend this blue planet...
