The TV series "Billions" tells the story of a battle over money in the political and economic fields of New York City. One is the tough American financial prosecutor Chuck Rhoades (played by Giamatti), and the other is the ambitious billionaire Axelrod (played by Lewis), the founder of Axe. Axelrod, a hedge fund billionaire, is suspected of fraudulent transactions. Rhoades, who has ambitions and morals in the political world, and Axelrod have a fierce collision and friction.
