Adapted from Robyn Carr's novel, "Virgin River" tells the story of the heroine Melinda Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge) who came to the remote town of Virgin River in California to work as a nurse. She thought this place was a good place to start a new life and leave behind painful memories. However, she found that life in the small town was not as simple as she expected. If Melinda really wanted to make Virgin River her home, she had to cheer herself up. The original work of "Virgin River" is a series of up to 20 books, which was included in the Harpercollins 200 books list.
