Alcatraz is a small island located in the San Francisco Bay, California, USA. It used to be the Alcatraz Federal Prison, which held many well-known felons. It was abolished in 1963 and is now a famous tourist attraction in San Francisco Bay along with the Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco police detective Rebecca (Sarah Jones) was assigned to a bizarre murder case. The fingerprints of the murderer belonged to a long-dead death row inmate Sylvane. Government agent Emerson (Sam Neill) tried to stop her investigation, but she was more determined to track it down. She found Dr. Diego (Jorge Garcia), an expert on Alcatraz, and found that Sylvane, who should have been 85 years old, was still the same as before. In the end, Emerson agreed to join the special team and solve the case with technical expert Lucy (Parminder Nagra), and told a secret: all 302 prisoners on Alcatraz disappeared on March 21, 1963, and in 2012, they reappeared...
