Patients with Williams syndrome often have a strong passion for music and are very friendly. Gabrielle (Gabrielle Marion-Rivard) is such a young patient. In the choir, Gabrielle met Martin (Alexandre Landry), who had the same experience as himself, and the two people who cherished each other soon came together. However, the days of living together for two patients with Williams syndrome are not simple. They face many more problems than ordinary couples. When the underground love affair between the two was finally exposed, the relationship was immediately strongly opposed by both families. The sad Gabrielle left her family and Martin, and her kind sister Sophie (Mélissa Désormeaux-Poulin) decided to help the unfortunate couple.
