The university hospital with helicopter emergency rescue has welcomed a group of interns. They are Aizawa Kosaku (Tomohisa Yamashita), Shiraishi Megumi (Yui Aragaki), Hiyama Mihoko (Erika Toda) and Tengchuan Kazuo (Yosuke Asari). The helicopter transports an average of 7 to 8 emergency patients every day. Aizawa is the most capable but too calm; Shiraishi has strong theoretical knowledge but lacks courage; Hiyama has a strong desire to perform but is easily impulsive; Tengchuan is relatively mediocre and sloppy. The initial emergency rescue made everyone busy and confused, and the seemingly cool helicopter requires corresponding ability and courage.
