The willful and capricious Princess Zhaoyang (Charmaine Sheh) is in a hurry to find a prince consort to avoid marrying into the Tibetan state. Ding Laixi (Kwan Suk-ying), the helmsman of a gold shop, takes the initiative to come to her house, hoping to solve the financial crisis facing the gold shop because his second son Jin Duolu (Moses Chan) and third son Jin Duoshou (Raymond Wong) are both single.
