The film is adapted from the novel of the same name, and the material is taken from the humidifier disinfectant incident that occurred in 2011. Through this incident, it tells the story of all of us who have something to do and it is not over yet. Kim Sang-kyung plays the surgeon "Jung Tae-ho" who lost his wife due to an unknown lung disease and whose son's life is also threatened. Seo Young-hee plays his wife "Han Ji-joo", Lee Sun-bin plays "Han Young-joo" who used to be a prosecutor at the local prosecutor's office but became a lawyer because of the death of her sister Ji-joo, and Yoon Kyung-ho plays "Seo Woo-sik", the section chief of a humidifier disinfectant pharmaceutical company.
