In the international metropolis of Tokyo, Japan, a robbery of extremely bad nature occurred in broad daylight. A strange traffic accident occurred at a certain intersection. The members of the Scientific Investigation Team (ST) followed the clues and found out the initiator of the accident - the genius hacker Kabuki Toru (played by Yusuke Nakayama). However, the leader of ST, Akagi Samon (played by Tatsuya Fujiwara), was evasive in the face of everyone's accusations against Kabuki. He sent Yurine Tomohisa (played by Masaki Okada) away and went to Kabuki's residence alone. Soon, Kabuki was buried in the sea of fire, and Akagi was arrested by his colleagues as an important suspect.
