The meeting in the previous episode accidentally changed the composer Dave Seville (Jason Lee) and three cute chipmunks Alvin (Justin Long), Simon (Matthew Gray Gubler) and Theodore (Jesse McCartney). They traveled together to enjoy the fun of music, and of course made a lot of trouble and jokes. Dave, who was injured accidentally, entrusted the three little guys to Aunt Jackie and also handled the admission procedures for them. But Aunt Jackie also had an accident. Alvin and his friends could only mix with Dave's unreliable nephew Toby (Zachary Levi), started campus life, and met three other beautiful and cute chipmunks Brittany (Christina Applegate), Eleanor (Amy Poehler) and Janet (Anna Faris).
