The show is directed by Owen Harris, the director of "Black Mirror", and Damon is working with Tara Hernandez, the producer of "The Big Bang Theory", to develop the specific plot, which is still confidential. It is reported that the whole series will be set in a world where all decisions are calculated by algorithms. Each season will explore two opposing topics. The first season will be an exploration of the opposition between faith and technology. According to the publicity form of "A letter to the audience" before the new season of "Bridgerton" and "Emily in Paris", the show also uses the tone of the title character to give the audience a general introduction to the background of the story and some signature elements; including the character played by Betty Gilpin, the heroine of "Girls' Wrestling Alliance", who intends to destroy her, and she also has greater ambitions for humans (users). Betty will play a nun who fights against omnipotent artificial intelligence, and Jake McDorman, "John Brownlee" in "Dose of Addiction", will play her rebellious ex-boyfriend, who also has his own personal hatred for today's algorithmic era. Other actors participating in the performance include: David Arquette, "Heather" Elizabeth Marvel from "House of Cards", veteran actor Margo Martindale who has been active in dramas such as "A Beautiful Crime", "The Pride", and "The Fraud Guarantor" in recent years, "Sayid" Andy McQuee from "Station Eleven", "Frank" Ben Chaplin from "Nevermore", "Russ" Chris Diamantopoulos from "Silicon Valley", "Tabitha" Ashley Romans from "The Phantom" and "Kristen" Katja Herbers from "Evil".
