The famous British video artist Richard Billingham transformed the photo collection "Leigh's Laughter" into his first film, recreating the poor years of the Thatcher era when a working-class family lived in a public housing estate with 16mm film. The lace curtains are filled with dim memories of three periods of growth without care; the time is peeling off on the floral wallpaper, but the warm smile in loneliness has never faded.
