In the 1930s, the turbulent Chicago was often harassed by robber gangs. Joe (Tony Curtis) and Jerry (Jack Lemmon) were originally members of the band. They were chased after they accidentally witnessed the bandit Spock's men shooting an informer in the garage. With no other choice, they disguised themselves as women to join a female band and came to Miami with the band. There was an extremely beautiful and sexy girl named Xiujia (Marilyn Monroe) in the band.
